Adding a tag to a test

Feature Request

I want to be able to tag tests and to filter and sort by tags, results, last execution time, etc.

      We have test notes, but this is something different I guess?

        For me at least, regarding the tagging part:
        So imagine I have a test that is still in ON HOLD as I continue working on it. I would like to add a label next to the title for example that would say “ON HOLD”.
        Right now this is what I’m currently doing manually:

          This is tagging rather than description and we have a separated ticket for this.
