Cancel/stop old suite if a new suite is triggered

UseCase:

• Developer A merged pull request A

• CI/CD triggered running BugBug tests in the cloud - Suite1

• Developer B merged pull request B 1 minute after Developer A

• CI/CD triggered running BugBug tests in the cloud again (Suite2), but the new app version has been deployed, so old tests are irrelevant and should be canceled

In this case, it would be nice to stop Suite 1 when Suite 2 has started.
