option to assign specific parallel slot to a suite.

I have several different projects, and I prefer to have them run in their own "parallel runs" if possible. 

For example, I have Project 1, Project 2, and Project 3.
- I want the suites of Project 2 to always run on Parallel 2, with no other suites running there. 

- Similarly, I would like Project 3 to run only on Parallel 3, without any other suites running there.

By this, I hope that Project 2 and Project 3 will have their own parallel run and not be interrupted by other projects.
