RUN BY metadata when executing test via API

Feature Request

Currently, it is difficult to judge who executed suite by Runs History GUI. I think It's convenient if I can jump to github action page from suite collection page or suite detail page.This may be possible by adding metadata when calling API.

      I think this will increase value as runs history.

      When some problems happen, We can check past test result and it's source code easily.
