Summary report generation for test&suite runs

It would be valuable if BugBug could generate summary reports for test runs over a selectable time frame (e.g., last 30 days, last 3 months, or a custom date range), providing a clear overview of execution results.

The report should include the project name, the total number of executed tests, the number of successful tests, the number of failed tests, and the reasons for each failure.

This would make it easier to monitor test quality over time, identify recurring issues, share results with stakeholders, and streamline troubleshooting.
