Summary report generation for test&suite runs

Feature Request

It would be valuable if BugBug could generate summary reports for test runs over a selectable time frame (e.g., last 30 days, last 3 months, or a custom date range), providing a clear overview of execution results.

The report should include the project name, the total number of executed tests, the number of successful tests, the number of failed tests, and the reasons for each failure.

This would make it easier to monitor test quality over time, identify recurring issues, share results with stakeholders, and streamline troubleshooting.

    An extra requirement:

    • Data export (CSV/JSON)

    • Run-level counting - totals should count individual runs, not distinct tests. The current wording ("total number of executed tests") is ambiguous; for a test scheduled every 5 minutes, the customer expects ~288 runs/day, not "1 test".

    • Scoping to a single test or schedule - implied by the use case: the customer cares about results of one scheduled test, so the report should be filterable below project level.
